AGEWISE was established to counter ageism in the workplace and is committed to a mixed age workplace. Our original remit was to find work for people in their forties, fifties and beyond but we are against ageism in any form and when younger people register with us, we assess applications according to the relevance of experience and put all well-qualified candidates forward for vacancies.
